1. Information we collect.
We collect personally identifiable information about you when you enter the Hart 4, such as your full name, email address, billing address, gender, over 18 years of age confirmation & UKA number. It is optional if you wish to provide your shipping address or phone number. When purchasing an entry into the Hart 4, our third-party entry service (FR Systems) will collect your payment information. This payment information is managed by the relevant service and we do not have access to it, nor are we responsible for it.
2. How we use your information.
We use the information we collect to identify you as a participant in the Hart 4 event. This includes linking your full name and gender to a race entry and adding your first name to your race bib. We will publish results from the event on our website which includes each runner’s full name only. Race photos are provided from the event however no runners are linked to a bib or photo and no personal information is shared with any race photographers.
We will send you occasional event related emails, such as final race day instructions, however we will not send marketing or promotional emails unless you have specifically asked to receive these.
3. How we share your information.
The Hart 4 will not sell or share your personal information with any individual or organisation with the exception of the sport governing body for the purpose of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events.
Your right to erasure.
You can request at any time that we delete your information from our stored data or race results. This can be requested through the ‘Contact Us’ page on the Hart 4 website which can be accessed here. We will respond to all requests for erasure within 14 days of receipt. Requesting we delete your information from an event before the event has taken place will result in your inability to take part in the event. Requesting we delete your information from a prior event will result in the removal of your entire team’s results from our online results.
